Your files never leave your browser

JSON Canvas Viewer is a fully client-side tool. When you open a .canvas file, it is read and rendered entirely on your own device using your browser. Your files are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by any server. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and watch — opening and exporting a canvas triggers no file upload.

Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics

To understand whether the tool is useful, we record a small, anonymous, aggregate event when a canvas is rendered or exported — for example, “a render happened” and the number of nodes. We do not collect the contents of your files, file names, or any information that could identify you. No cookies are used for this, and the data cannot be tied to an individual.

This site may display ads from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) in the future. Ad providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads; you can manage ad personalization through your Google account settings or your browser. Any such change will be reflected here.
